Our source in RP reports that a memorandum of agreement was signed between NCFP boss Prospero "Butch" Pichay Jr. and Misamis Oriental governor Oscar Moreno to stage the so-called 2006 National Inter Provincial Chess Team Championships in Cagayan de Oro City.
The total prize fund is P550,000.
